About
Beneath the coat of carbon, we are all diamonds.
At seventeen I started asking the big questions: Who am I? What is my purpose? How can I grow? That curiosity still drives me – as an economist in business, and as a coach and mediator in the world of the human soul.
Ten years of competitive sport, seven years of kung fu and a decade of yoga, meditation and running taught me that performance and inner balance are not opponents but allies. I bring that duality into every coaching process and every training.

Emotional logistics

I have been organising events since 2005 – today as co-owner of a European event network and head of corporate events at ITL Group. A technically flawless event only achieves its purpose if it also touches people emotionally: consciously designed atmosphere, rhythm and space open people up to each other.

ITL Group's B2B networking event, running since 2012 and usually held aboard a boat on the Danube. Recent editions have regularly sold out well ahead of the date.
