My journey

My interest in the human soul began at seventeen. Questions occupied me, at first only about myself: Why do I behave the way I do? Why do some things make me sad and others lift me up? Who am I, and what is my task? What is the purpose of life?

Curiosity drove me. I taught myself from books, which helped for a while – and then I had even more questions. I felt that the letters on the page were no longer enough. I had to experience.

Meanwhile I graduated as an economist from the Faculty of International Trade at Budapest Business University. After university I worked as an employee, later as a director, and when I longed for freedom and self-realisation, in 2005 I founded my own event management and consulting company – which still thrives today and is expanding across Europe.

I love this work too: dynamic, exciting, creative and precise. Today I am co-owner of a European event network, head of training and corporate events at ITL Group, and co-founder and head of Accelium's Hungarian centre.

My passion for understanding the human soul remained and grew stronger. I began at the Synthesis Free University led by Tamás Paulinyi, where I still had the good fortune to hear and learn from Prof. Dr. Péter Popper in person. There I understood what it means to learn what you have always longed for.

I continued at the Integral Academy: three years of intensive learning and experience – the essence of psychological knowledge, psychodrama, family constellations, bodywork and therapeutic communication. A rollercoaster whose start is the steepest – until we discover that the best journey is the journey inward.

The programme included a ten-day Vipassana meditation retreat in Austria. Only silence and the inner world. It was not easy, but I am proud I completed it – since then, meditation has been part of my life.

I consider it essential that anyone who asks to enter another person's soul has done their own inner work. This cannot be learned from books: it takes years, and it lasts a lifetime.

During those three years I completed further programmes in parallel. I became a Focusing trainer through a two-year course accredited by The International Focusing Institute in New York and the Hungarian Association for Somato-Psychotherapy, and a Licensed NLP Practitioner at the official Hungarian institute of Dr Richard Bandler and the Society of NLP™.

I first trained in coaching at the Mediator Academy (transactional analysis-based life and business coaching), then graduated as a business coach from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Pécs. I am accredited at Senior Practitioner level as a coach and mentor by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and I serve on the board of EMCC Hungary.

Since in my experience communication is the foundation of everything, mediation followed naturally: I am a business, divorce and couples mediator registered with the Hungarian Ministry of Justice.

Thanks to the Integral Academy, I attended Dr Don Beck's European Spiral Dynamics training and heard Stanislav Grof, one of the founders of transpersonal psychology, in person.

Then came another favourite field: AI- and game-based skills development and assessment, which we pioneered in Hungary. I run trainings for companies, and I also train Hungarian professionals – trainers, coaches, psychologists – in this methodology.

As I walked my path, the wish grew stronger in me to use the knowledge and experience I had gained to help others. That is why I am here.
